Essential Qualification:

  • For HPPSC HPAS: 
    1. Graduation or its equivalent from a recognised institution or university.
    2. Those who have appeared (waiting for their result) or wish to appear for a qualifying examination (if it is conducted before the recruitment exam commence), may apply for the admission to the examination.
    3. Note: The candidates who haven't completed their internship (after completing their MBBS or any relevant) are eligible to appear in the examination, but the condition is that they have to submit a copy of the institute's certificate.

  • For HPPSC Assistant professor: 

Bachelor's degree (graduation) and Master's degree (post graduation) in Pharmacy in an appropriate branch of specialisation in Pharmacy with first class (6.75 CGPA or 60% Marks) or equivalent at bachelor level or masters level in all four categories of Assistant Professor i.e. 

    1. Assistant Professor in Pharmaceutical Chemistry
    2. Assistant Professor in Pharmaceutics
    3. Assistant Professor in Pharmacology
    4. Assistant Professor in Pharmacognosy

  • For HPPSC Assistant EngineerThis post is available in three streams:

    1. Assistant Engineer (CIVIL) : Civil engineering degree or its equivalent from a recognised university or institution.   
    2. Assistant Engineer (MECHANICAL) : Mechanical Engineering degree or its equivalent from a recognised university or institution.
    3. Assistant Engineer (ELECTRICAL): Full time B.E. or B.Tech. (Electrical) and  B.E. or B.Tech. (Electrical and Electronics) or M. Tech. (Electrical) or Post Graduate diploma in Hydro Power Plant Engineering from a recognised institute of India.Required marks for SC/ST or internal (HPPCL) candidates are 55% and for other categories its 60%.

  • For HPPSC Subordinate Allied Sector

Graduation from any recognised educational institute of India or equivalent to it. For the Allied qualification services of class-3, candidate should have passed 10th and +2 from any school of HP state. As stipulated by the recruitment body, candidate must possess the complete knowledge and understanding of "Word Processing". 

Desirable Qualification: 

  • The candidate should be familiar with the customs and manners of Himachal Pradesh.
  • The peculiar conditions of HP should be taken into consideration by the candidate.

SBI Clerk Mains 2020: Exam Pattern
